General terms and conditions of service

Preamble to the general terms and conditions of service of Ğ1.lu

The present terms of service are concluded on the one hand between g1.lu managing the site https://g1.lu and, on the other hand, between any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from these services via the website https://g1.lu hereinafter referred to as "the user".

Article 2. Services

The services proposed are those listed on the site https://g1.lu from g1.luwithin the limits of available human resources. g1.lu reserves the right to modify the range of services at any time. Each service is presented on the website in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs and illustrations are not contractual and are not binding. g1.lu. The provision of the services presented in the site https://g1.lu is intended for all persons residing in countries that fully permit the entry of these services into their territory.

Article 3. PAF (Participation Aux Frais)

The PAF listed on the service sheets of the internet catalogue are PAF in Junes (Ğ1). g1.lu reserves the right to change its PAF at any time, provided that the PAF listed in the catalogue on the day of the request will be the only one applicable to the user.

Article 4. Application and modalities of the PAF

Before any request of service offers, the user should contact g1.lu on the site https://g1.lu. g1.lu proposes to the user to request and send its PAF of its requested services in several steps:

- PAF by transfer on the public key Cesium of g1.lu : the user selects the services he/she wishes to request via the contact form provided for this purpose. The next step is g1.lu contacts the user to define and meet its needs. Upon validation by g1.lu, the user receives a voucher for request for proposal confirming the registration of his application. In order to finalize his PAF and trigger the processing of its application, the user must make the transfer in Junes (Ğ1) corresponding to the amount of the request to the g1.luwhose public key is communicated to the user. Upon receipt of the PAFThe request will be processed and the user will be informed by e-mail. g1.lu will start the services at the earliest 2 working days after receiving the transfer corresponding to the request.

Confirmation of a request implies acceptance of these terms of service offersThe customer acknowledges having full knowledge of these terms and conditions and waives the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of service. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the contractualization of the service offer. If the user has an e-mail address and has provided it on the application form, g1.lu will send him/her an e-mail confirming the registration of his/her application.

Article 8. Responsibility

g1.luIn the process of offering the service, the company is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break in service, or other involuntary problems.

Article 11. Settlement of disputes

The present terms of service are subject in the first instance to the June's community vote on the forum in the event of a dispute.
If the June community is unable to resolve the dispute, it will be settled, these terms and conditions of service will be subject to Luxembourg law. For all disputes or litigation not settled by the June community, the competent court will be that of the chambers of commerce of the district court of Luxembourg.
