Article 4. Application and modalities of the PAF

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the contractualization of the service offer. If the user has an e-mail address and has provided it on the application form, g1.lu will send him/her an e-mail confirming the registration of his/her application.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership

g1.lu retains full ownership of the services provided until the full registration of the PAF.

Article 6. Withdrawal

The user has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their request to exercise its right of withdrawal and thus return the service to g1.lu for exchange or refund of the PAF without penalty.

Article 7. Guarantee

All services provided by g1.lu benefit from PAF's money-back guarantee for thirty days. In case of non-conformity of a service rendered, it can be returned to g1.lu who will refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund of the PAF must be sent by e-mail to the following address contact@g1.luwithin thirty days after delivery.

Article 8. Responsibility

g1.luIn the process of offering the service, the company is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break in service, or other involuntary problems.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

For all disputes or litigation not settled by the June community, the competent court will be that of the chambers of commerce of the district court of Luxembourg.
